How we collect, use and protect the information you send us.

When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you provide: your name, organization, phone number, email address and the details you share about your operation and its energy use. We also collect standard website analytics through Google Analytics, including pages viewed, approximate location and how you reached the site.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare an energy assessment, and communicate with you about your project. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell personal information.
Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system. Analytics data is processed by Google. Some of these providers process data outside Canada, and that data may be subject to the laws of the country where it is processed.
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and then for the period required by applicable law.
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and applicable Alberta legislation, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@oneenergycanada.ca and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
If we send you commercial electronic messages, we do so in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. Every message identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe.
